Description
The DMS 2000 bus system is a decentralized switching and control system based on an industrial bus system.
This system is based on the worldwide standard for bus systems according to EN 50090, EN 13321-2, and ENV 13154-2. DeWiTec GmbH has adapted this system for use in airports.
-
High operational reliability due to decentralized intelligence
-
Transmission speed of 9,600 bits/s
-
Short signal propagation delay, approx. 25 ms
-
Power supply protected against network failures via UPS
-
Data transmission via two twisted pairs.
- SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage; safe touch voltage) power supply via a
- EIB power supply with integrated choke
- Maintenance-free
The DMS 2000 bus system serves as the operating and monitoring system for the entire lighting system on the airport operating areas.
Optionally, additional control elements and monitoring devices from other existing systems, such as access control, fire alarm, and burglar alarm systems, etc., can be adapted.
It complies with all applicable regulations.
Operation is via a PC workstation with a touchscreen monitor in the control tower. No additional computers are required for operation, monitoring, or control.
The use of a visualization system offers a wide range of operating and display options, individually tailored to your systems and needs.
